Thoroughly enjoyed my nice stay in a short business trip. The view from my guest room was stunningly beautiful. The bathroom was fine, included a shower and a hair dryer. The location was particularly good and perfect quite near airport, short walk from a railway station. I randomly popped in Patisserie Goranac serving some pastries, located not too far from the hotel, it was nice...

The room was quite spacious and came with a big terrace and balcony, which was perfect for relaxing, and the hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and had a charming Irish bar.

Reasonable price vs service, close to the airport and local public transportation. The receptionist was very kind. Fair breakfast.

I have just spent 1 day in guest room and thoroughly enjoyed it. I️ had a delightful view overlooking street. Location: the hotel was so close to the Hallenstadion, the city / center and the airport and supermarket. The venue staff was excellent and amicable...

Food was very good and the proximity to the airport was excellent.

I really enjoyed spending time there. Thank you guys for a nice stay in a short business trip. - the location is perfect and excellent, 1 km from a public park. - Easy access to a stadium and restaurants which are close to the hotel. - the units were perfectly clean and bright with the basics. - the staff is amazingly nice and the breakfast is above average and nice.

Very convenient to get to - Number 14 Tram from Zurich HB. Very easy to get to airport - buses leave every 10 mins from behind the hotel. Good breakfast. Hotel is nothing special but is very convenient and inexpensive. I would stay there again

The location of the hotel was good and unbeatable, excellent on-site restaurant. The staff were fairly friendly and very polite and knew how to help.

Close to train, bus, stores etc. Though we did not take advantage of these things.

Staff was very unfriendly and not helpful. I specifically asked about the internet usage and how it worked and was told access was free throughout the hotel with a laptop. When we got to our room and tried to connect you needed a user name and code. I called the desk. She told me that I needed to go back to the main desk and get the passcode and username. I went downstairs and the person at the desk seemed to ignore me looking at papers and books. She did not even look at me. She picked up a paper and wrote some note. Then never even having spoken to me, walked over and gave me the paper. She was the operator who answered the phone and why she made me walk down to her and would not just have given me the word and code on the phone I do not know. I think it was rude and impolite. I would not go to this hotel again. Breakfast was not included and too expensive anyway. There also was no refrigerator in the room.
